ContourStaps are stiff at first, due to the high quality leather we use. They can be hand-rolled back and forth in the hands to loosen them up. The strap holes may be tight for the same reason. Once you work with them, they will loosen up as well. We tried the straps with several strap buttons to make sure they fit easily. Contourstraps become super soft with use.
